Our booking engine like all others, including Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, and Priceline has substantial limitations.

You may not get the best price because booking engines cannot confirm wait lists.

Most of the larger nationally recognized travel companies have specific featured properties. Featured properties pay more to the have their resort listed as featured. We do not use this common practice. We accept no advertising or payola to feature a resort.

Booking Engines can not do a price match for the lowest price.

Specials are often not matched to resorts or properly combined with other specials within booking engines.

Booking Engines will not search out the price point problem and find an alternative solution.

So why even have a booking engine - as we do.

1) We think there are times they work very well and can compliment working with an agent. This would be late at night or anytime you need a simple estimate what a vacation might cost.

2) It is a way to Hold space while an agent checks to see if this is the best choice.
