Hi - Nancy here, this is what a client just reported about their trip to Cozumel Allegro in April of 2007. They have already booked their family reunion for 2008 at the same hotel.
"Nancy, Loved this hotel, best family trip we have ever had. Clean, GREAT beach..we can not wait to go back in March. We will be calling you for our family reunion vacation! Janet"

It is hard to believe but Las Vegas is still growing and evolving into a destination like no other. It is the playground for anyone and everyone.

I just returned from a 6 night stay at the Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful. They claim to have the largest pool in the caribbean with a swim up pool bar. The layout of the resort is easy to navigate and the gardens are lush and well maintained.
We stayed in an Oceanfront Room. Breathtaking view of beach, palm trees and turqouise caribbean.
Our room was very large, Jr. Suite size, and very clean. We had in-room jacuzzi and stocked fridge with sodas, bottled water, beer and wine. Robes and slippers come with the room.
The food at this resort was average to good depending on the restaurant. They offer a steakhouse, seafood restaurant, mexican, chinese/japenese, and french dining options as well as a main buffet for dinner, lunch and breakfast. I did not find alot of variety for breakfast and lunch. The same options each day.
Some premium brands of liquor require cash. I ordered a Bailey's on the rocks one evening and had to pay $4.00 plus tip for this. Drinks were good.
They offer typical all-inclusive activities, kayaks, hobies, snorkeling etc. Lots of dance classes both on the beach and poolside.
A family movie each evening as well as a "broadway" type of show were
performed each evening. They also have a small casino and gym.
For weddings, they have a very quaint wedding chapel! While I was there a wedding was held at the chapel with the reception on the deck oof the seafood restaurant. It looked lovely. Decorated in white with turqouise accents.
This resort is a great value for families, and Punta Cana can be reached from many US cities non-stop. |

Hi Nancy - Well we got back from the Paradisus on Saturday, July 28, 2007 - and I have to tell you the place was wonderful - we had a great time - the royal service is worth the extra money - food was great - staff very friendly - rooms nice - all in all it was a GREAT vacation.
It was not crowded - which made it so nice - we were thinking of going back in February and was told it is extremely crowded at that time so we'll be going back in July. I liked the private beach and pool for the royal - and we were impressed when a group of people came on the beach and because they didn't have the royal they were told very nicely that they had to go to another part of the beach - which was just as beautiful - I loved the bali beds all over the beach.
We'll we'll be talking to you soon. |
