CAFE ROUX, fine cuisine is essential to all Sofitel Demeure 
Hotels and The Grand Amsterdam is no exception. The Cafe Roux
is located on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel's only
a la carte restaurant has an informal character and atmosphere
with oak floors and art deco interior design. It overlooks one
of Amsterdam's most picturesque canals and has a private street
entrance. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and reservations
are strongly recommended.
