MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Inter-Island Flight Information:
-Carib Aviation operates daily shared charter
 flights. This is called the 'Dominica Air Taxi'.
-Guest or Travel Agent must secure the air transfer
 for flying to Barbuda.  
-The Guest or Travel Agent can make the reservations
 online at the following website www.dominicaairtaxi.com. 
-If you wish to contact Carib Aviation by phone you
 can also call 1 (268) 725-4042 to reserve your
 inter-island flights.
-In order to provide the transfer to/from Barbuda airport,
 it is imperative that all reservations include the 
 arrival/departure times to/from Barbuda.
-It is imperative to include the arrival/departure
 times of the international flights also. 
-The air transfer company (Carib Aviation) has changed 
 their policy they now require the following info:
    *Full name as it appears on the passport
    *Credit card details (number and expiration date)
    *Billing address
-Carib Aviation accepts most major credit cards

-Barbuda (pronounced BAR-BEAU-DA) is 24 miles
 north of Antigua in about the middle of the
 islands in the Caribbean chain. 
Arrival Information:
-Guests will fly into the Antigua (ANU) airport
 and proceed to their inter-island air transfer
 to Barbuda. Air transfers are at an additional
 cost and must be secured by the guest or travel agent.
Wedding Information:
-Each wedding is special and therefore tailor-
 made, and pricing will be on request.

12/21/08-01/07/09, 7-night minimum stay required.

CANCELLATION FEES

01/09/07-12/20/07, within    21 days, 3-night penalty.
12/21/07-01/07/08, within 60-21 days, 3-night penalty, 
                   within 20- 0 days,    full penalty. 

01/08/08-12/20/08, within    21 days, 3-night penalty.
12/21/08-01/07/09, within 60-21 days, 3-night penalty, 
                   within 20- 0 days,    full penalty. 

No shows will incur a 100% penalty. 

In the case of early departures or late arrivals the hotel
will charge 100% of the value of the remaining stay/unused
accommodations.
