a secluded location overlooking Dian Bay on the undeveloped north-
east corner of Antigua. The architectural design proudly reflects 
its West Indian setting. Its unique 3-tiered swimming pool, with
waterfall and panoramic sunbathing terraces, is supplemented by a 
small white cove, as well as the pristine white sands of Lover's 
Beach.  Relaxation and rejuvenation are the daytime themes, with 
spa treatments, watersports and nature hikes complemented by 
afternoon teas, soothing evening cocktails in the piano bar and 
alfresco dining right at the water's edge provide an intimate 
balmy experience.

295-355 square feet in size and feature furnished

Frangipani, The resort's alfresco restaurant located on the edge
of Dian Bay. It offers Euro-Caribbean cuisine while combining the finest
local produce with favorite international dishes as well. The restaurant
also has weekly buffets and barbeques.

New Year's Eve Gala Supplement 2008
For guests staying over New Year's Eve an additional 
charge per person will apply for New Years Eve Gala. 
Supplement will apply (per person) for buffet gala 
dinner, champagne, party favors, noise makers, fireworks 
and entertainment.

apparel is illegal, and enforceable by law.

Passport Requirement
Effective December 31, 2006 - US Citizens traveling to
and from the Caribbean will require a valid passport to 
regain entry into the United States.

Dress Code for the Restaurants
At the restaurants shoes must be worn and bathing suits 
covered. Men wear long pants or stylish jeans (no shorts, 
capris or 3/4 pants) and collared shirts with short or 
long sleeves (no t-shirts or tank tops). Women must wear 
dresses, skirts, long pants, or stylish jeans, culottes 
or in the Summer tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no 
'short shorts' or cutoffs).

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS

All minimum lengths of stay requirements 
are subject to change without notice.

All year round, 3-night minimum stay required, with 
the exception of the following holiday periods: 

02/10/08-02/24/08, 5-night minimum stay required.
12/21/08-01/02/09, 5-night minimum stay required.
