Jolly Beach Resort is one of Antigua's largest resorts, 
with 462 rooms in low-rise buildings, set among 40 acres of 
gardens with exotic palm trees and fragrant flowers. It is 
located in Antigua, a beautiful Island set in the Caribbean 
Sea, lying within the Eastern Caribbean Archipelago. The 
climate is agreeable, with a refreshing breeze and beautiful 
beaches.  

All 462 air-conditioned rooms have television, direct-dial 
telephone and hairdryer as features in an 'all-inclusive' 
package for the fun-loving visitor. 

Starry-eyed lovers, honeymooners, families, or tired 
executives will experience relaxation in a soothing 
tropical atmosphere, where romance beckons and time 
seems to stand still. 

We boast one of the longest white sand beaches on the 
Island and one of the biggest freeform Fantasy Pools: 
8,000 square feet, 500,000 gallons, featuring a swim-
up bar, Jacuzzi, volleyball and Bubbler Islands. Our 
Wedding Arbor Chapel overlooks a cascading waterfall, 
which flows into the Jacuzzi and Fantasy Pool.  

The Resort's Cyber Center allows our guests to stay in 
touch with the world.  With Internet access, you can 
share your experience with family and friends.

Fantasy Pool, the Coconut Grill serves up barbeque light grill food such
as hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, fish sandwiches &; fries all
afternoon.

Hemispheres, Hemispheres is our casual, semi-outdoor main dining
room. Enjoy a colorful Caribbean decor, island music during meals and a
breezy relaxed atmosphere surrounded by palm trees.

Lydia's Caribbean Seafood, Serving right on the beach. Also open
for Sunday Brunch with Steel Band entertainment.

Ristorante Bocciolo(*), Exceptional ambiance and air-conditioned
comfort, Ristorante Bocciolo features an antipasto bar, home-made pasta,

supplementary menu items are not part of the all-inclusive plan and are
subject to a small surcharge.

UTSAV features a selection of dishes from India's many varied cuisines,
prepared in our open kitchen. Appetizers and entrees include seafood,

unique 'festival of Indian flavors'.

Documentation required (original documents 
required are):
-Passports
-Birth Certificates or Drivers License
 with photograph
-Original of Decree Absolute if one of 
 the parties is a divorcee
-Original of Death and Marriage Certificate

-Original of Deed Poll in the case of a name 
 change
-If under the age of 18, evidence of consent
 of both parents is required in the form of
 an affidavit by a notary public

Please Note: If documents are not in English they 
must be translated and stamped by the court.

Stipulations:
-Weddings Ceremonies will be conducted from Mondays-
 Saturdays excluding Public Holidays.
-Between 10:00am-5:00 pm by a Marriage Officer. 
-There is no residency period to be married in
 Antigua; however we do require at least one 
 working day to process documents.

Location:
-The ceremony will take place at the wedding Gazebo
 located on the grounds of the hotel, which is located
 over looking the fantasy pool and four feet away from
 the beach. 
-Other location may be discussed with the on-site
 wedding coordinator, if desired.

Important Payment Information:
-All costs are quoted in US Dollars. All extras are 
 to be paid locally during interview or at least 48 
 hours prior to the ceremony. 
-The hotel will accept credit cards as payment. These 
 charges can also be paid in US Dollars, British Pounds, 
 Traveler's Cheques, or local (EC$) Currency.

Location:
-The ceremony will be performed by a marriage officer 
 and take place at one of two wedding Gazebos located on 
 the grounds of the hotel, which is located overlooking 
 the fantasy pool and four feet away from the beach. 
 Other locations may be discussed with the on-site 
 wedding coordinator if desired.

 That the wearing of camouflage or military 
 apparel is illegal, and enforceable by law.

All minimum lengths of stay requirements 
are subject to change without notice.

except as detailed below:

CANCELLATION FEES

12/21/07-04/15/08, within 14-4 days, 1 night penalty,
               and within  3-0 days, 3 night penalty. 
04/16/08-12/20/08, within  7-4 days, 1 night penalty,
               and within  3-0 days, 3 night penalty.

No shows will incur a 3-night penalty.
