situated on 30 spectacular waterfront acres, hidden away 
on the untouched northeast coast of Antigua. It lies 
adjacent to a designated National Park and incorporates 
marked nature trails, powder soft white sand beaches and 
crystal clear turquoise waters where guest enjoy a breath-
taking authentic tropical island experience. All spacious 
villas blend classic Caribbean style with modern comforts 
many of the villas are oceanfront, all with stunning views 
of the bay &; ocean. Each single story duplex is 700 square 
feet. The combined living and sleeping areas include a king 
size bed and queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating 
up to four people. The convenient interconnecting Verandah

Waterfront Suite, (formerly known as Oceanfront Suite)
these suites are single story duplex villas with spectacular 
bayviews approximately 700 sq. feet in classic Caribbean 
styled architecture. With a combined living and sleeping 
area they can comfortably accommodate up to four people. 
A convenient interconnecting Verandah door between 
adjoining units for easy access for family and friends. 
Cribs are available.

Family Hillside Suite, these suites are two adjoining single 
story duplex villas approximately 1400 sq. feet in classic Caribbean 
styled architecture. A combined living and sleeping area in each

Verandah door between adjoining units for easy access for family

Family Waterview Suite, these suites are two adjoining single 
story duplex villas with slight water views approximately 1400 
sq. feet in classic Caribbean styled architecture. A combined living

A convenient interconnecting Verandah door between adjoining

offers a blend of stylishly presented, Caribbean-inflected cuisine.

Seabreeze, Main restaurant, this open-air restaurant offers a la

themed buffet evenings.

Tiki Bar, Perched above Lover's Beach offering views of the
entire cove. Tiki Bar serves light lunch, snacks, beer and non-alcoholic

Dress Code for 2008
-In the restaurants shoes must be worn and bathing suits 
 are covered. After 6:30pm men wear long pants or stylish
 jeans and collared shirts with short or long sleeves (no T-shirts
 or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, long pants or
 stylish jeans, culottesor tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no 
 'short shorts' or cutoffs).

Internet Service Information:
-The hotel is not able to provide internet access 
 in any suites, but offer complimentary wireless 
 internet access around the pool, main bar and
