Exquisite dishes, the soft light of torches all around you, sugary white
sand between your toes, the soft sound of waves caressing the shore and
one of the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen. The dinner menu
includes different fine appetizers such as the famous Seafood Soup,
exquisite main dishes which include Grilled Caribbean Shrimps or
Caribbean Rock Lobster, and to finish, delicious desserts like the Coupe
Passion with Passion Fruit Sorbet and a 'Passion' Sauce. In addition,
Passions offers a daily changing special. All main dishes are prepared
on the grill.
