There is no allotment for the 1- and 2-Bedroom Suites
during the 2008 Holidays (12/21/08-01/03/09), both are
available on a request basis only.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Additional Charges 2009:
-Guests are required to leave a $100.00 per room cash 
 deposit or credit card guarantee upon check-in. This
 is in addition to the $50.00 deposit for room keys.
 The $150.00 charge will be adjusted upon check-out
 permitting their keys are returned to the front desk
 and there is no damage to the room.
-The Resort will no longer implement the planned Pool 
 View Surcharge for 2009. A Pool View may be requested 
 and will be honored on a space available basis - as 
 done in years past.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS

All minimum lengths of stay requirements 
are subject to change without notice.

12/23/08-01/03/09, 5 night minimum stay required (All room categories).
01/04/09-12/19/09, 3 night minimum stay required (Supersaver Rooms).

CANCELLATION FEES

12/21/08-04/04/09, within 7 days, 3-night penalty.
04/05/09-12/19/09, within 3 days, 2-night penalty.  

No shows and early departures will incur a full penalty.
