Penthouse(*), This luxurious penthouse offers privacy
and exceptional views of the ocean. Located on the top
floor of the Main Building this 3300 square feet penthouse
suite boasts a large master bedroom with marble bath, two
additional bedrooms with private baths, large living room
and full kitchen. The expansive 1,000 square feet terrace
overlooks the ocean and beach.
Penthouse 2(*), This lavish 3600 square feet penthouse
suite provides maximum privacy. Bask in the sun on your
secluded 4000 square feet sun deck or relax in your private
Jacuzzi. Inside you will find a large master bedroom with
elegant bath, an additional bedroom with bath, office suite
or junior suite with private bath, a large living room, full
kitchen and dining room. Outside, expansive terraces offer
inspiring views of the pool, beach and ocean.
CuisinArt Resort &; Spa features 93 rooms, all luxuriously
appointed with Italian fabrics and furniture from around
the globe. All rooms feature large bathrooms set in soft-
toned Italian marble with deep bathtubs. Amongst the 93
luxurious accommodations are nine upscale guest rooms, 60
junior suites, two penthouse suites, and a combination of
luxury junior and one bedroom suites, which can be mixed
and matched upon a guest's request, creating up to 10
two-bedroom suites.

Cafe Mediterraneo, Restaurant offers casual poolside dining,
affording views of Rendezvous Bay and vistas of St. Martin. The
furnishings are beautiful light blue, accented by yellow cushions and
offer a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served
daily.
Kitchen Stadium, Premiering the newest and most exciting dining
experience the Kitchen Stadium, Anguilla's only demonstration kitchen.
The Kitchen Stadium offers a different multi-course meal several
evenings a week. Each dish is demonstrated by one of the chefs, who
encourage questions and involvement. A variety of chefs will teach,
while our renowned wine steward assists in the selection of wines and
spirits to blend perfectly with the meal. Cooking classes are also
offered in the Kitchen Stadium.
Lobby Bar, A light menu will be available at the lounge bar from
4:00pm-6:00pm.
Santorini, Santorini is CuisinArt Resort &; Spa's fine dining
option and offers contemporary Caribbean cuisine in an elegant, romantic
and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of the Greek islands with both
indoor and outdoor seating. Among the selections to choose from is the
Chef's Tasting Menu to fully experience the best of the island produce,
culture and cuisine.
The Tapas Lounge &; Rum Bar, Open nightly except Tuesdays, Savory
Kitchen 7:00pm-10:30pm, Pastry until 11:30pm. Live music
Wednesday-Sunday. Tapas originated in Spain and have a long history of
bringing friends together through the sharing of food, drink and
conversation. The tradition continues here with a menu of small plates
of intensely flavored food perfect to accompany a glass of sherry, wine,
rum punch or margarita. We suggest 3-5 plates per couple. Enjoy a pre-
or post-dinner drink based on one of our 25 different rums. The Rum Bar
is open until 2:30am and has live music nightly from 9:30pm until
midnight.

Breakfast is served from 7:30am-10:30am, this is a classic
continental breakfast that includes homemade pastries,
Caribbean fruit, jam, jellies, fresh-squeezed juices and
brewed coffee. American-style items and a variety of island-
inspired fare are also available a la carte. Don't miss the
signature Bloody Mary's, Pear and Passion Mimosas.
Spa Grill at Mediterraneo between 12:00pm-4:00pm, guests
can indulge without guilt during lunch with the organic and
hydroponic salads grown from their gardens, vegetarian dishes,
grilled local fish or USDA steaks and poultry. Our pizzas are
second to none and there is a complete list of sandwiches to
choose from. Kids will love the menu created just for them.
Famiglia at Mediterraneo, 6:30pm-10:30pm, (Closed for
Lobster Night Tuesdays), New family-style restaurant
offers crowd-pleasing dishes inspired by the coastal
restaurants of Italy, Greece, Provence and Morocco.
Share platters of meze, antipasti, salads, steaks,
seafood and pastas. Daily soup and seafood specials
inspired by the gardens at CuisinArt. The kids' menu
is also available. The wine list features a variety
of wines from around the world to complement the
chef's cuisine.
Tuesdays at Famiglia at Mediterraneo is Lobster Night,
Legendary on the Island -no one leaves the resort on
Lobster Night! Basil-marinated spiny lobster is the star
of the show, but the island salads, goat stew, grilled
local fish, cheese selection, cornmeal-fried calamari and
the pastry chef's lineup of Caribbean desserts keeps
them coming back!

Tourism Marketing Levy
-The government of Anguilla has implemented a Tourism
Marketing Levy of $1.00 per room ($2.00 for 2-bedroom
suites, $3.00 for 3-bedroom suites, etc) occupied per
night to be paid by visitors of tourist accommodation
rentals. Please advise that this fee will be paid

Cooking Classes
MASTER CLASS AT THE KITCHEN STADIUM
Saturday from 1:00pm until 3:00pm
Hosted by Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, this class
features a tour of the organic farm, where students will
harvest some of the produce used to prepare their lunch.
The demo features a 3-course luncheon with wine.
HANDS-ON LUNCHEON AT THE KITCHEN STADIUM
Meet our Executive Chef and enjoy a hands-on cooking class
with lunch and a glass of wine. Classes change daily and
with the seasons.

Hands-on luncheon: Anguil-Asian (using locally grown
organic and hydroponics vegetables and fish from local
waters combined with Asian techniques), 11:30am-1:30pm,

Hydroponics Farm Information
-Hydroponics Farm, The CuisinArt Resort and Spa features
the first hydroponics farm at a resort, which will grow
the majority of the fresh fruits, vegetables, edible
flowers and herbs used in the resorts restaurants.
-Hydroponics, the growing of plants in water and fertilizer
solution containing the necessary nutrients for plant growth,
is an excellent way to provide fresh and nourishing food in
