Gardenview Studio Suite, The 12 studio suites in the 
Jasmine Villa have individually controlled air-conditioning 
and feature a spacious living/sleeping area with a corner 
kitchenette.  All the suites have their own bathroom with 
tub and shower, a private balcony or patio, direct dial telephone 
(plus voice mail feature) and cable television.

Poolview Studio Suite, The 12 studio suites in the 
Jasmine Villa have individually controlled air-conditioning 
and feature a spacious living/sleeping area with a corner 
kitchenette.  All the suites have their own bathroom with 
tub and shower, a private balcony or patio, direct dial telephone 
(plus voice mail feature) and cable television.
View: Pool. 

Ground Floor One Bedroom Suite, The 6 one-bedroom suites, 
located in the Aralea Villa, are quite spacious with 1500 square 
feet of space with a living/dining room area, fully equipped 
kitchen with marble counter tops to include microwave oven, 
coffee maker and toaster. A separate bedroom with a king 
size bed, and spacious bathroom with double vanity, tub and 
overhead shower, bidet etc. These suites also have a powder 
room, a large front and back patio and access to a laundry 
room with a washer and dryer.
Location: Ground Floor. 

Top Floor One Bedroom Suite, The 6 one-bedroom suites,

are furnished with a king size bed in one room and 2 twin beds 
in the other, or, each bedroom has a king-size bed. These 
suites also have a powder room, a front and back patio and 
access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Top Floor Two Bedroom Suite, The 8 two bedroom suites, 
are located in Oleander and Gardenia Villas, are 1800 square

Penthouse(*), three penthouse suites occupy the top 
floor of Jasmine Villa with glorious views over the pool to 
the sea and neighboring islands. Each has its own luxury 
decor and character, a huge living room with a spacious fully 
equipped kitchen, wooden beam ceilings and full-sized sitting 
area with wide-screened cable television. Ceiling mounted 
fans and individually controlled air-conditioning ensure your 
comfort at all times.

The bedrooms offer romantic atmospheres with king-sized 
beds, fine upholstery and fabrics, and a second television.

The wooden and marble bathrooms will really pamper you! 
They are really huge and feature jacuzzis, separate shower, 
'his and her' basins, fluffy white towels and complimentary 
toiletries.

Huge balconies at both the front and the back provide plenty 
of space for privacy, open-air dining or relaxing in the shade.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

General
-The government of Anguilla has implemented a Tourism
 Marketing Levy of $1.00 per room ($2.00 for 2-bedroom 
 suites, $3.00 for 3-bedroom suites, etc) occupied per
 night to be paid by visitors of tourist accommodation
 rentals. Please advise that this fee will be paid
 directly to the hotel by guests upon check-out.
