and gardens leading to the private beach. Surf Side is 
advantageously located within easy reach of Hamilton

Deluxe(*), Average 540 enclosed square feet, and 
of these, 18 are apartment-type units clustered around 
the pool and seven are cottages carved into the rock at 
lower elevations, nearer the water. All Deluxe Rooms are 
large enough to include a sitting area, and each has a 
private bathroom.

Superior Suite, Include a separate bedroom, sitting 
room with a convertible couch, kitchen and separate 
bathroom. Averaging 720 square feet of enclosed space, 
six of these units are apartment-type units overlooking 
the pool deck and four are cottages fronting the ocean.

Penthouse East(*), Averaging 1,700 square feet each, 
this category offers two bedrooms, living room with 
fireplace, dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 
and garden patio. Luxury living.

The kitchens are completely equipped with refrigerator, 
conventional and microwave cooking facilities, and 
electric coffee maker. All rooms have cable TV.

Penthouse West(*), Averaging 1,700 square feet each, 
this category offers two bedrooms, sitting room with 
convertible couch, dining room, kitchen with breakfast 
nook, 3 bathrooms, and secluded private lawn patio.

The kitchens are completely equipped with refrigerator, 
conventional and microwave cooking facilities, and 
electric coffee maker. All rooms have cable TV.
