Treasure Beach Hotel is a world of understated 
elegance and tranquil beauty. This intimate hideaway 
boutique offers guests either a garden, pool, or ocean 
view from our 29 one bedroom suites. This hotel is 
located on a beautiful Caribbean white sand beach on 
the west coast of Barbados.

Children Policy 
2009
-All children 12 years and over are welcome throughout the 
 year. Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent's suite 
 will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant 
 season. 
-All children under 12 are welcome during the holiday period 
 of 12/21/08-01/03/09 at which time a children's rate, per day 
 will be applied.  
-In 2009 children under 12 will not be allowed for the following
 period: 01/04/09-04/05/09.  
-From 04/06/09-04/30/09 children under 12 sharing with their 
 parents will be charged a children's rate per day.
-From 05/01/09-10/24/09 children under 12 sharing with parents 
 will be complimentary on the European Plan (EP -room only).
 Maximum of two children per room.  
-From 10/25/09-12/21/09 children under 12 will be charged a 
 children's rate per day.
-Children under 6 years will be accommodated in ground floor
 suites only.

Please Note:
The only difference in the suites is the view. Ground
floor suites have patios. Upper suites have balconies.

All Ocean View and Pool View suites feature coral stone 
walls, marble tiled floors, plasma flat panel television 
and larger stylish new bathrooms.

All accommodations include: kettle, bathtub/shower separate,
refrigerator, bathroom, hairdryer, toaster and bar (fully stocked).

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTLETS

Al Fresco, Delicious offerings from the kitchen together with a
warm and welcoming staff make the Al Fresco Restaurant a must where
guests can dine under the stars and enjoy a variety of culinary
experiences all using fresh local ingredients prepared to international
standards. The split lever restaurant is set amongst tropical gardens
with a view over the pool to the Caribbean Sea.

Bar, The cozy re-designed bar with mahogany countertops and
wooden decking invites guests for get together, tempting tropical
cocktails or a glass of champagne. Local newspapers, chess and
backgammon are also available.

To receive a free wedding package guests must meet one 
of the criteria listed below:

Package Inclusions:
-Book a group of 5 rooms or more for your wedding 
 celebration, and get the basic wedding package free. 
 This option requires a 5 night minimum stay. 
-One complimentary Gardenview Suite is offered on 
 the European Plan (EP) basis for wedding groups of 
 10 rooms or more. 
 
-The basic wedding package is free with every Deluxe 
 Suite booked. This option requires a 5 night minimum 
 stay.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Hotel Annual Closures:
-For 2008: Hotel will be closed from 08/30/08-10/11/08
-For 2009: Hotel will be closed from 08/29/09-10/10/09

Dress Code:
Attire during the day is informal. For the evenings 
long pants and shirts for the gentlemen and elegant 
attire for the ladies. No shorts or jeans allowed after 
7:00pm.

General Destination Information - Important!
Please advise all clients traveling to Barbados: 
The wearing of camouflage or military apparel 
is illegal, and clothing will be confiscated and 
persons will be charged accordingly.

Payment Policy - Holidays 2009
For this travel window (12/21/08-01/03/09) a non-refundable 
25% deposit is required at time of booking. A 2nd non-refundable 
25% deposit is required by 07/01/09, otherwise reservation 
will be canceled and deposits will be forfeited. Remaining 
deposit of 50% must reach hotel no later than 11/16/09, 
otherwise reservation will be canceled &; deposits forfeited.

04/19/09-12/21/09, within 14 days, 3-night penalty.

For all no shows guests will be charged according to the 
cancellation policies listed above.

Early departures will be charged for any unused portion
