The Villa Sant'Andrea, originally owned by an English family, 
was transformed into a hotel in the 1950's. This patrician 
villa maintains all the charm of a historic private residence. 
Valuable artworks and antique pieces adorn its interior, making 
its style truly unique. Surrounded by a park of subtropical 
vegetation and a private beach, it dominates the Bay of Mazzaro. 
Most of its bright and welcoming rooms do in fact overlook the 
Bay. The Oliviero Restaurant, which is renowned for its seafood 
specialties, offers a sophisticated a la carte menu featuring 
some of the best dishes from the great Sicilian culinary tradition. 
There are both indoor and outdoor bars, the latter situated on 
the terrace, where a piano provides an atmospheric musical 
accompaniment to a drink after dinner.
