two-story, Polynesian-style, thatched-roof villas with eight 
rooms per villa. Located 40 minutes south of the Cancun 
airport and minutes from the charming town of Playa del 
Carmen in the Riviera Maya, it's an ideal vacation paradise

Spring Break Policy
-Individual student bookings are accepted.
-Minimum age required for check in is 18.
-A refundable deposit of $200 per person cash or credit
 card is required.

Nudism Policy
The Federal Law in Mexico does not address the topic of
nudism on its public beaches. The hotel discourages nudity 
within the compounds of its family oriented properties. 
Guests wishing to sunbathe in the nude are encouraged to 
move to the public beach area.
