MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

General Information:
-Round trip airport transfers are complimentary between
 Chetumal airport and the hotel. The only requirement is 
 that the hotel is provided the airline, flight number and
 arrival &; departure times at the time of booking.
-Do not book tours from CUNOPT for this hotel. Tours are
 too far away.

CANCELLATION FEES

01/04/09-12/17/09, within  7 days, 2-night penalty.
12/18/09-01/03/10, within 30 days,    100% penalty.
