-The number of nights booked equals the number of total
 rounds of golf passengers will receive (one round of golf
 daily per room). This means that if 2 clients are traveling
 for 7 nights, for example, they will receive 7 rounds of
 golf total, so either one (1) can use all the rounds or
 both can golf at the same time until they've reached the
 total 7 rounds of golf entitled to.

-Rounds of golf are only transferable to adults sharing the same

 other reason are nonrefundable.
-No rain checks will be provided.

Aventura Spa Palace Resort:
-Bride and Groom must arrive at the Resort 3 business days prior to the ceremony
-Ceremony location: Gazebo areas
-Administrative/Government fee of $300.00 USD will be applied to all civil
 ceremonies performed by a judge in addition to package cost. Translations
 fees for documents will be charged at the resort according to documents and
 number of pages.
-Symbolic weddings are not legally binding ceremonies.
-Depending on selection of requested flowers, additional costs may apply. Please
 note our onsite flower selection highly depends on the time of year as well as 
 our weekly floral imports. Certain flowers may not be available.
-This is an adults only resort. No children will be allowed.
-Wedding cake included in our collections will be customized for number of guests
 attending ceremony.
-Horse drawn carriage is available at Moon Palace Golf &; Spa Resort and Aventura
 Spa Palace exclusively. In the case of inclement weather where the service cannot
 be rendered, no credit will be provided. Depending on the ceremony location, horse
 drawn carriage ride ends at gazebo or paved area.
-In the case of inclement weather, fireworks presentation will not be extended. No
 credits will be adjusted.
-Musicians's selection is subject to availability.
-Dinner reservations at selected restaurants up to 35 guests. If you have more 
 guests, a private function  can be purchased.
-Decor included in the collections will be extended exclusively for the ceremony.
-Photography packages are ready within 72 business hours.
-Upon check-in couples are required to proceed towards the Honeymoon desk in
 order to reconfirm their honeymoon package amenities.
-A penalty of $300.00 USD will be charged to credit card if reservation is cancelled
 within 45 days of the wedding date.

Docment requirements for Symbolic/Vow Renewel ceremonies:
-Picture identification of each one
-Home address and occupation for each one
-Marriage certificate
-Bride and groom must arrive in Cancun at least 3 working days (Monday-Saturday)
 prior to the wedding ceremony to meet with the wedding planner and submit all
 documents. Bride and Groom must arrive to the resort by check-in time (3:00pm)
 or earlier in order to consider day of arrival towards requirement.

Please Note:
Documents required for Civil/Legal ceremonies:
-Home address and occupations (bride and groom)
-Birth certificates (certified copy of each one)
-Valid passports
-Original blood test (to determine Blood type, H.I.V. and S.T.D). Tests must be taken
 at the resort and results are ready within 24 hours (fee of approximately $50.00 per
 person applies). If test is positive, wedding cannot be performed.
-Certified copy of former spouse's death certificate (if applicable)*
-If divorced, a certified copy of divorce decree is required. If divorced more than once,
 please bring each divorce decree. If divorced less than a year, a mandatory 
 pregnancy test must be taken. If test is positive, wedding cannot be performed (if
 applicable). Additional fees are associated.
-Certified copy of adoption papers (if applicable)
-Certified copy of name change document*. All name change documents must be
 translated to Spanish (if applicable).
-Tourist ID (provided by customs upon your arrival at Cancun International Airport).
 Please be sure to complete all information correctly on tourist ID, otherwise you may
 need to obtain a new Tourist ID at the Airport.
-Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation, passport, and tourist ID of 4
 witnesses. Witnesses must arrive 2 working days (Monday-Saturday) prior to 
 ceremony. Witnesses must be 18 years or older. If witnesses are not available, 
 Palace Resorts will provide them at no additional cost.
-Bride and Groom must arrive in Cancun at least 3 working days (Monday-Saturday) 
 prior to the wedding ceremony to meet the wedding coordinator and submit all
 documents. Bride and Groom must be at the resort by check-in time (3:00pm) or
 earlier in order to consider day of arrival as the first day.
-The Bride and Groom must not be legally married in order to qualify for our civil
 ceremonies. If they are already married, a symbolic ceremony can be performed.
-Important - if the Bride or Groom's nationality is Mexican, additional documents are
 required. Please advise your wedding sales coordinator. Names on Tourist ID, divorce
 decree, and passport must be the same, including spelling.

Please note the Birth Certificates, Divorce Decrees, Death Certificates, adoption,
birth certificates, and name change documents become the property of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

A marriage certificate is provided by the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico for Civil
ceremonies, this is a legal document issued in Spanish. All wedding couples must
contact their local court house for filling requirements. Every State/Country is
different when it comes to filling of foreign marriage documents. Some state/
countries require the certificates to be translated from Spanish to English others
may require additional paper work to be filled. This is the couples' responsibility
and Palace Resorts is not liable for any additional charges that may be associated 
according to the state/country's requirements on supplementary paperwork.

Ceremony cannot be performed unless all documents are in order (no exceptions).
All documents with the exception of passports become the property of the State of
Quintana Roo, Mexico.

All documents must be translated into Spanish at the resort. In order to do this all,
documents presented must be issued in English. If Birth Certificates are not issued
in English, please notify your wedding planner. Additional paperwork will apply.
Cost may very depending on number of pages per document.

Documents required for Symbolic Weddings:
-Home address and occupations (bride &; groom)
-Valid Passports
-Bride and Groom must arrive in Cancun at least three (3)
 working days (Monday-Saturday) prior to the wedding ceremony
 to meet with the wedding planner and submit all documents.
 Bride &; Groom must be at the resort by check-in time (3:00pm)
 or earlier in order to consider day of arrival as the first day.
-Before arrival the wedding planner will set an appointment to
 meet with couple to reconfirm all details including necessary
 paperwork.
-Dress Code: Formal or semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits.
 Groom may wear dressy shorts for ceremony only. For selected
 restaurants formal dress code applies.
-Do not send documents by mail
-All wedding packages must be reserved in advance. The Free
 wedding package will not apply if requested on site. All
 reservations must be booked at least seven (7) business days
 prior to arrival.
-Wedding Times April-September: 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm,

Spring break groups are not allowed at

-Valid Passports. Although Passports are not required for
 US citizens for entry into Mexico, they are mandatory for
 weddings.
-Original blood test to determine blood type, HIV and STD.
 Tests must be taken at the resort and results are ready
 within 24 hours. 
-Original or certified copy of former spouses death 
 certificate if applicable
-Original divorce decree if applicable
-Legal documentation of adoption or name change if 
 applicable
-Tourist Id provided by customs upon arrival at Cancun
 International Airport
-Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation, driver's
 license or passport and tourist ID of 4 witnesses.

Playacar Spa &; Golf Club
Playacar Spa &; Golf Club is open 365 days a year from 6am 
until dark. Tee time reservations may be made 30 day in 
advance.

RESERVATIONS INFORMATION
Tee times may be reserved up to 30 days in advance at the 
Playacar Spa &; Golf Club  by either fax or e-mail. Please

Guests will be required to arrange round trip transportation 
to the golf course and pick up their Golf vouchers at least 
1 day prior to their tee-time reservation at the Chaza 
Travel hospitality desk, located in the lobby. Guests will 
not be allowed to play without a Golf Voucher.

Tee times must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to 
avoid a no-show fee. Fee will be charged as an incidental charge
to the guest's hotel bill.
