Immersed in the lush vegetation of the Riviera Maya, this
37-acre, 144 room property offers an oasis of peaceful

friendly resort invites guests to linger in its bungalow

areas harboring many species of wildlife, 2 restaurants,

Reservations Information
Tee times may be reserved up to 30 days in advance at the 
Playacar Spa &; Golf Club by either fax or e-mail. Please send

Guests will be required to arrange round trip 
transportation to the golf course and pick up their
Golf vouchers at least 1 day prior to their tee-time
reservation at the Chaza Travel hospitality desk,
located in the lobby. Guests will not be allowed to
play without a Golf Voucher.

Tee-times must be cancelled at least 48 hours in
advance to avoid a $20.00 USD no-show fee. Fee will
be charged as an incidental charge to the guest's
hotel bill.

Children 3 and under stay free sharing room 
with adults using existing bedding. Children's
rate only applies if child (ages 4-17) shares

for children 17 years old and under. Children
13-17 must be booked as adults to receive the
golf package. Ages reported for children must
be accurate at time of travel.

Superior Deluxe, Please be advised: There are very few Deluxe Rooms with 
2 double beds, therefore bookings of 3 guests will receive
either 2 double beds (very limited) or 1 king bed and a 
rollaway bed.

-The number of nights booked equals the number of total
 rounds of golf passengers will receive (one round of golf
 daily per room). This means that if 2 clients are traveling
 for 7 nights, for example, they will receive 7 rounds of
 golf total, so either one (1) can use all the rounds or
 both can golf at the same time until they've reached the
 total 7 rounds of golf entitled to.
-Tee times can only be reserved 90 days prior to client's
 arrival. They can be pre-arranged at teetimes@palaceresorts.com
 or by fax at 011 (52 998) 881-6086.

Please Note:
-The Golf Package rate applies to all adults sharing
 the same room
-Golf package is not transferable
-Golf package cannot be sold separately
-Stays that combine golf and non-golf rates
 are only allowed to book tee times over the
 golf rate period
-Unused rounds of golf due to weather conditions or
 for any other reason are non refundable
-No rain checks will be provided
-Children ages 13-17 must be booked as adults to

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

General
Xpu-Ha Palace guests can now visit Aventura Spa Palace,
Playacar Mall and Moon Palace with the courtesy
transportation that leaves the resort at 8:30am arriving
at Moon Palace at 10:10 am. The bus returns at 3:00pm
arriving at Xpu-Ha Palace at 3:50 pm. Times are subject
to change.
Single Parent Policy:
A single parent traveling with a
child must be booked as a double room.
