Occidental Grand Cozumel is situated on the southwest 
part of Cozumel Island, in front of the mainland 'Playa del
Carmen', in the wonderful beach of San Francisco. This is a

boat from the famous Palancar Reef. The hotel consists

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Requirements For Weddings In Cozumel
-Valid Passport 
-Tourist card provided by the airline 
-Blood test is mandatory, and must be taken locally in
 Mexico. This test costs approximately USD $100.00 per
 couple, and this cost is not included in any of the wedding
 programs. 
-4 witnesses will be needed and can be provided by the hotel
 (The paperwork costs USD $10.00 per witness). The following
 information will be needed from witnesses: names, addresses,
 ages, nationalities, tourist cards &; documents (passports
 or ID's) 
-Witnesses must have tourist card and photo ID.
-If the witness is a Mexican citizen, only a photo ID is
 required. 
-Ceremony must be scheduled with officials at least one
 month in advance 
-The bride, groom, and witnesses must be present in Mexico
 at the hotel at least 3 working days prior to the wedding
 day (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
 The hotel will need all original documents required, and
 one photocopy. 
-Final divorce decree if either party is divorced; death
 certificate if either party is widowed 
-Official translation services in Spanish in Cozumel costs
 extra, usually no more than USD $25.00 per page

Activities program for children from 4-12 years old and
playground area under adult supervision from 9:00am to 
5:00pm.

Spring Break Policy
Individual student bookings are accepted. Minimum age
required for check in is 18. A refundable deposit of 
$200.00 per person (cash or credit card) is required.
