golf course. This all suite resort features fully equipped 
kitchens and beautiful tropical decors in all rooms. Choose 
from studios, deluxe studios and one-bedroom suites furnished
luxuriously with modern amenities, including telephones with 
data ports. Unwind at the new Sunshine Bar &; Grill, where 
daily complimentary continental breakfast is served in a casual 
poolside setting and savor delicious fish, burgers and salads

Please Note:
Beginning on 10/21/08 (and effective immediately) the 
resort is changing the complimentary 'Hot Breakfast' to 
a complimentary 'Continental Breakfast' which includes 
the following items: 
Waffles, Danish, muffins, bagels, watermelon, pineapple &; 
cantaloupe, assorted cereals, orange juice, mango juice, 
coffee &; assorted teas, assorted jams &; jellies.

For an additional cost the Resort will also be offering
an Omelet Bar with the following items:
Curry &; European style sausage, fresh spinach, grilled 
onions, bacon, blue, cheddar &; parmesan cheeses, tomatoes 
&; olive oil, mushrooms, cilantro &; roasted peppers.

CANCELLATION FEES

2007
01/04/07-04/30/07, within 5 days, 2-night penalty.
05/01/07-12/19/07, within 3 days, 1-night penalty.

No shows will be charged a 3-night penalty.

Refunds for early departures/short stays will 
not be given under any circumstances.

2008
12/20/07-01/03/08, after 12/01/07,   full penalty.  
01/04/08-03/31/08, within 7 days, 3-night penalty.
04/01/08-12/19/08, within 3 days, 1-night penalty.
12/20/08-01/03/09, after 12/01/08,   full penalty.

For all no shows, guests will be charged according
to the cancellation policies listed above.

Refunds for early departures/short stays will not be 
given under any circumstances.
