Bayside Buffet, With sweeping views of our tropical water garden,
the buffet is an appropriate setting for a diverse selection. Open daily

Border Grill, Chefs here present the bold, authentic foods of

Burger Bar, Looking for the burger of your dreams, look no

Charlie Palmer Steak, In the tradition of a great steakhouse,
Charlie Palmer Steak is a comfortable, spacious restaurant featuring an
innovative menu with a twist on the traditional fare.

China Grill, Asian-inspired cuisine, served in generous portions,
dramatically presented and meant for sharing. Reservations suggested.

Fleur De Lus Lounge, Inside the signature French restaurant, the
cozy and intimate Lounge at Fleur de Lys offers music from a live DJ,
creating a sexy, soulful atmosphere that's the best around. The Lounge
opens prior to dinner service and stays open beyond to accommodate
late-night guests. Hours: 5:00pm-2:00am daily Attire: Casual chic. No

House Of Blues, The kind of live music entertainment that's moved
millions, that's what you can expect to feel at Mandalay Bay's House of
Blues Music Hall. Seven nights a week, you'll enjoy a staggering range
of music, rock, reggae, rap, rockabilly, jazz and of course blues.

House Of Blues Restaurant, This famed entertainment icon
highlights Southern-inspired, regional cuisine at its live music and
restaurant venue located at Mandalay Bay. The venue showcases art and
memorabilia from artists of the Deep South and honor Blues greats with
original Bas-relief portraits. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and

Island Lounge, Exciting tropical drinks are available in this
lounge found at the center of the casino floor.

Ivan Kane's Forty Deuce, This Vegas venue features a low bar,
plush lounge chairs, intimate tiered seating and cocktail tables with
small, seductive lamps creating a sexy, 'smoky' vibe. Hand picked
dancers from around the world, personally selected perform their
unparalleled numbers at this groundbreaking nightspot several times a
night. Accompanying each of the ladies is a live three-piece bump and

Mix Lounge, High atop THEhotel, this fashionable hotspot is one
of the most stylishly hip lounges around. Offering stellar cocktail
concoctions, an innovative bar menu and a seductive blend of music spun

a table indoors, or step out on the 64th-floor balcony and enjoy

Restaurant Rm, An intimate environment reminiscent of a luxury

Rum Jungle, As dueling conga drums rise from the floor, rumjungle
begins its nightly transformation into one of the hottest nightspot in
Las Vegas. A world of rhythmic fire and melodic waterfalls, this
visually spectacular three-tiered nightclub features one of the world's
largest rum bar and one of Vegas' best dance floors. Alluring dancers,
enchanting aerialists and exotic live percussions invite guests to

The Noodle Shop, Authentic Cantonese and Mandarin noodles, congee

Trattoria Del Lupo, A dining experience that is like a stroll in
a small Italian piazza. Open daily.

Turf Club Deli, Sports-watching and food is right here, right in
the Race &; Sports book, so you can grab a bite to eat without ever
