2008 Holiday Policy
These penalties will be assessed for any stays that
arrive or go through these dates:

12/23/08-01/02/09, after 11/15/08, 2-night penalty.
12/23/08-01/02/09, after 12/01/08,    100% penalty.

Early Check Out Fee:
The customer will be advised of the penalty at the time of
check in and asked to confirm their check out date.

If the check out date is changed at time of check in, there
will be no penalty.

Any change in the departure date after check in will result
in a $50.00 early check out fee.
