MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Requirements For Weddings In Costa Rica
-Birth Certificate of both (Bride and Groom) : Original and
 copy
-Passport: Original and copy
-Certificate of civil state: Single state certificate of the
 home country. Final divorce decree if either party is
 divorced; death certificate if either party is widowed.
 Only originals.
-Two witnesses. They can not be relatives. If the bride and
 groom do not bring their own witnesses, the hotel can
 provide them.
-Additional Information: occupation, addresses,
 nationalities, ages, of both, bride and groom and
 witnesses.
-The bride and groom must be at the property at least 4
 days prior to the wedding date, in order to finalize the
 necessary paper work
-Ceremony must be scheduled with officials at least one
 month in advance

Spring Break Policy
Individual student bookings are accepted. Minimum age
required for check in is 18. A refundable deposit of 
$200.00 per person (cash or credit card) is required.
