Jamaica is a stylish and luxurious British Colonial-inspired 
74-suite beach hideaway with a private three-bedroom villa set 
on 17 lush acres of exquisitely manicured tropical gardens. 
Built almost five decades ago with classic Colonial Caribbean 
style, this historically rich and recently renewed oceanfront 
property has captured the subdued grace of days gone by and 
installed a level of time-honored genuine Jamaican service 
that evokes its roots.

All suites boast stunning ocean views, either French balcony 
or walk out balconies. Guests enjoy complimentary private 
round trip airport transfers from either Kingston or Montego 
Bay. Dinning options vary from white glove service to casual.

Golf
Available at our very own Upton Golf &; Country Club
The 18-hole championship golf course is considered 
the island's most elite and picturesque. Nestled in 
lush rolling countryside at a cool 700 feet above 
sea level, it offers challenges to players of every 
level and included is complimentary PGA instruction 
available upon request. Caddies are mandatory but not 
included. Carts and golf clubs are not included but 
rentals are available, and there is complimentary 
transportation to/from the golf course.

Spa Treatments
Set in a separate building and surrounded by tropical 
flora, the full service Red Lane Spa offers an extensive 
array of personal services and applications including 
nine body treatments; eight massage therapies including 
an outdoor moonlight couples massages, four hand massages, 
aromatherapy and reflexology; eight facial treatments 
including a Sunlover's facial; five types of Hydrotherapy 
including Underwater Hydro Massage; salon services 
including facials, waxing, hairstyling, manicures and 
pedicures. Steam rooms and relaxation room facilities 
are offered to all Spa guests.

OF=Oceanfront

Deluxe Oceanfront Suite, 365 square feet, are located in 
the East &; West Wings. These suites have en-suite sitting area, 
spacious bathroom with his and her sinks. Decor and layout are 
the same as Premium Oceanfront Junior Suite. Includes French 
balcony.
Bedding: 1 king bed (four-poster). 

Premium Oceanfront Suite, 395 square feet., are located 
in the East &; West Wings on the 1st-3rd floors. This is 
the most numerous category of suites at the resort. These suites 
have four-poster king size beds en-suite sitting area with bar, 
spacious bathrooms with his and hers marble vanity. All suites 
boast great ocean views. Includes French balcony.

Luxury Oceanfrnt Suite, 465 square feet., are located 
in the West  Wing on the 1st-3rd floors. This is the only 
category of suites offering the option of a four-poster king 
size bed or two double beds. Suites feature a large Jacuzzi tub 
with separate marble shower. A sitting area en suite. All suites 
have spectacular views. Includes French balcony. 11 Suites with 
four-poster king size beds and 7 suites with two double beds.

Honeymoon Grande Luxury Oceanfront Suite(*), 550 square feet., are 
located in the East &; West Wings. Large king size beds and 
sitting area. Spacious open-air balcony, bar, walk-in closet, 
large marble Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.  Elegantly 
decorated with spectacular beach and ocean views.

Honeymoon Plantation Oceanfront One Bedroom Suite, 593 square 
feet, rooms are located in the East Wing on the 1st-3rd floors. This 
is a truly unique and romantic one-bedroom suite. The bedroom 
is located off the living room and features a four poster king 
size bed, a balcony and a marble master bathroom and walk in 
closet, it's most distinctive feature is a romantic Roman Spa 
room. The Roman Spa room it decadently outfitted with a marble 
bar, cozy Cleopatra chaise lounge, large Jacuzzi tub, additional 
tumbled marble shower, and dramatic wall-to-wall French windows 
which frame the intense blues of the Caribbean Sea and the beach.

Governor One Bedroom Suite, 1628 square 
feet. Expansive and elegantly decorated suite sitting atop the resorts 
West Wing overlooks the resorts idyllic west beach and tranquil 
cove. Guest are greeted by a checkerboard marble foyer that leads 
into a 'Plantation Style' powder room, past the fully stocked, 
marble-clad wet bar and into an enormous living room, decorated 
with fine mahogany furniture, a dining area, solid wood floors, 
leads out to a large balcony with it's own dining table and 
lounge area. The spacious master bedroom features a mahogany 
four poster king bed, a spacious patio of it's own with a 
romantic lounge chair for two, a gold marbled master bathroom 
with a deep Jacuzzi tub and separate mosaic shower. Can be 
converted to a two-bedroom suite 2100square feet, the connecting 
bedroom has a private entrance, two double beds, marble 
bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, walk in closet.

Prime Minister Suite, 1628 square 
feet. All the outstanding features of the Governor General including 
the West Beach views, marble foyer, 'Plantation Style' powder 
room, large living room decorated with fine mahogany furniture, 
and large balcony. Large master bedroom and bathroom with it's
own balcony.
Can also be converted into a Two Bedroom Suite, the connecting 
bed room. Has a private entrance, two double beds, marble 
bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, walk in closet.

Honeymoon Grande Luxe Verandah Oceanfront Suite(*), .
(This is a new suite category available for arrivals 01/01/09).
Showcasing a magnificent view of the satiny white-sand beach 
and limpid turquoise waters from its enormous 178 square foot 
verandah, this spacious suite enfolds you in a rare atmosphere 
of sophisticated luxury with its sumptuous half canopy mahogany 
bed, huge marble bathroom complete with a whirlpool tub and 
separate tumble stone shower, fully-stocked bar and Caribbean 
accented dcor. Suites are located on floors 1-3 in the west wing.

The Royal Grill, (Seasonal) Informal open air grill by the beach,
with a tasty selection of choice meats and fish. Dress code: Casual
Hours of Operation: 7:00pm-10:00pm daily except Mondays

C Bar(*), One of the Caribbean's first Caspian Caviar Lounges,
located within the Papillon, serving the finest Iranian Caviar &; Veuve
Clicquot champagne. Located in Le Papillion. Dress code: Resort Elegant.
Jackets are appreciated but not required. Hours of Operation: Open
nightly from 7:00pm except Mondays.

La Terraza(*), This a la carte restaurant offers a choice between
outdoor dining under the stars or in the air-conditioned comfort of its
regal dinning room. Our distinguished Sommelier can recommend a vintage
from his private cellar. Dress code: we recommend smart attire, where

Beach Butler Service
This service is available for all guests, where no request 
is considered either too small or grand, just raise your 
flag and your beach butler arrives to make sure your every 
wish is fulfilled.

Smoking Policy
Please be advised that effective May 1, 2006 this 
resort became non-smoking in any enclosed areas.

Examples are bars, restaurants, lobbies, conference 
facilities, retail facilities and nightclubs. Smoking 
will be permitted in all open areas and designated rooms.

Exchange Privileges
Royal Plantation guests on the Royal Plan will now be given 
even more privileges. Guests at Royal Plantation staying on 
the Royal Plan will now be given full access to use the 
facilities and enjoy the entertainment of the Sandals and 
Beaches properties in the Ocho Rios area. Royal Plantation 
(Royal Plan) guests can dine at any of the restaurants or 
take advantage of the nightly shows and entertainment of 
the Sandals and Beaches properties in the area... free of 
charge. 

Our Concierge at Royal Plantation will be happy to make these 
arrangements for our Royal Plan guests while on property, upon 
request. And upon confirmation of their plans, will be given 
an access card for the specific Sandals/Beaches hotel of their 
choosing. Guests will only be responsible for the cost of the 
short private taxi ride over to the hotel of their choosing.
