Reservations are required for all programs and can be made

Proof of Age:
For safety and security measures, proof of age will be required
for each child at time of initial registration or check-in at the
Atlantis Kids Club. We require proof of age to ensure the safety
and security of each child participating in our programs. Each
program is designed with specific developmental characteristics
in mind for each age group. There is a one counselor to 8 children
ratio during our daytime programs as part of our safety and security
measures.
Cancellation Policy:
Because there is a limited amount of availability for each session,
we request that any cancellation for Atlantis Kids Club is made by
8:00pm the night prior to the reservation. Any cancellation made
after this time is subject to the full session price in which a
reservation is being held.

An evening program will be offered at Atlantis Kids Club offering

Dolphin Cay Atlantis Information:
Please by advise of the following:
-It is strongly recommended that you contact the
Dolphin Cay Reservation for specific session 48
hours after booking to reserve the specific session
time at 1-888-855-8525 or 1-954-809-2801 Monday
through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST excluding major
US holidays. If necessary, you may contact the Dolphin
Cay facility on-island via phone at 242-363-3000 (as
for Dolphin Cay).
-You may not schedule the dolphin interaction for your
arrival or departure date.
-Dolphin Cay operates 7 days a week, interactions
session begin at 8:30am last session is at 3:50pm.
-Duration of each session is approximately 90-120
minutes. Interaction with the dolphins is 30 minutes.
-A parent or appointed guardian must participate in the
shallow water interactions with all children under the
age of 10. Infant can participate if held by a parent.
Water is waist deep.
-You will need confirmation number
and photo I.D upon check-in.
-Participants must wear swim suits
underneath the wetsuit.
-Participants with special needs or those
with physical impairments must have a primary
attendant present throughout the interaction.
-There is no penalty for Dolphin Cay reservation
cancellations 15 days or more prior to session date.

penalty is 100%.
-Changes made 2 days or less prior to session date
will incur a $50.00 revision fee.
-In the event of inclement weather as defined
