-The number of nights booked equals the number of total
 rounds of golf passengers will receive (one round of golf
 daily per room). This means that if 2 clients are traveling
 for 7 nights, for example, they will receive 7 rounds of
 golf total, so either one (1) can use all the rounds or
 both can golf at the same time until they've reached the
 total 7 rounds of golf entitled to.

Please Note:
Vallarta Palace:
-Bride and Groom must arrive at the Resort four business days prior to the ceremony.
-Ceremony locations: Gazebo or Beach area.
-Ceremony performed in Spanish only. Interpreter for ceremony will be provided.
-Administrative/Government fees of $300.00 USD will be applied to all civil ceremonies
 performed by a judge in addition to package cost. Translation fees for documents are
 not included. 
-Symbolic weddings are not legally binding ceremonies.
-Depending on selection of requested flowers, additional cost may apply. Please note
 our onsite flower selection highly depends on the time of year as well as our weekly
 imports received. Certain flowers may not be available.
-Doves will be released after ceremony is performed.
-Guests will write messages for the Bride and Groom at the beginning of the ceremony.
 These messages will be placed in a container around the Dove's neck. The birds will be
 released after the ceremony has finished. In approximately 48 business hours, the 
 couple will receive the messages which the guests wrote to them. Credit will not be
 provided in case of inclement weather.
-Music band selections are limited at Vallarta. 
-Dinner reservations at selected restaurants up to 25 guests. If you have more guests,
 a private function can be purchased.
-Decor included in the wedding collections will be used for wedding ceremony exclusively.
-Photography packages are ready within 72 business days.
-Upon check-in couples are required to proceed towards the public relations desk in order
 to reconfirm their honeymoon package amenities.
-Penalty of $300.00 USD will be charged to credit card if reservation is cancelled within 45
 days of the wedding date.

Please Note:
Documents required for civil/legal ceremony:
-Home address and occupations (Bride and Groom)
-Birth certificates (original and certified copy of each one)
-Valid passports
-Original blood tests (to determine blood type, H.I.V. and S.T.D.). Tests may be taken
 at the resort and results are ready within 24 hours (fee of approximately $50.00 per
 person applies). If test is positive, wedding cannot be performed.
-Certified copy of former spouse's Death Certificate (if applicable)*
-If divorced, a certified copy of Divorce Decree is required. If divorced more than once,
 please bring each certified Divorce Decree. A full year must elapse from date of the
 divorce's final dissolution from the previous spouse in order to perform civil ceremony.
-Legal documentation of adoption or name change (if applicable)*. Certified copy is
 required.
-Tourist ID (provided by customs upon your arrival at Puerto Vallarta International
 Airport).
-Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation, passport and tourist ID of 4 
 witnesses. Witnesses must arrive 2 business days (Monday-Saturday) prior to ceremony.
 If witnesses are not available, Palace Resorts will provide them at no additional cost. 
 The parents of the couple cannot serve as witnesses to the marriage. All witnesses must
 be 18 years of age or older in order to qualify.
-Bride and Groom must arrive in Vallarta, Nayarit at least 4 business days (Monday-
 Saturday) prior to the wedding ceremony to meet the wedding coordinator and submit
 all documents. Bride and Groom must be at the resort by check-in time (3:00pm) or
 earlier in order to consider day of arrival as the first day.
-The Bride and Groom must not be legally married in order to qualify for any of our 
 wedding packages. If they are already married, symbolic ceremony packages are 
 available.
-Important - if Bride or Groom's nationality is Mexican, additional documents are
 required. Please advise your wedding coordinator.
-Please note that Birth Certificate, Divorce Decrees, Death Certificates, adoption and 
 name change documents must be translated into Spanish. All translations must be 
 done by our on-site certified translators only (fee approximately $30.00 - $60.00 per
 document. Prices may vary depending on number of pages). 


A marriage certificate is provided by the State of Nayarit, Mexico for civil ceremonies,
this is a legal document issued in Spanish. All wedding couples must contact their
local court house for filling requirements. Every state/country is different when it comes
to filling of foreign marriage documents. Some states/countries require the
certificates to be translated from Spanish to English others may require additional
paper work to be filled. This is the couples' responsibility and Palace Resorts is not
liable for any additional charges that may be associated to the state/country's
requirements on supplementary paperwork.

All legal documents issued in Vallarta, Nayarit are in Spanish.
