regional seafood with style'. This menu allows each guest to choose
portion size and specific entree items creating a wide assortment of

Gumbo Limbo, is the perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunset.
Enjoy a casual tropical ambiance of this outdoor restaurant. While
Dining on Caribbean cuisine, tropical drinks and sumptuous desserts.

H20, Located on the top level of The Spa the perfect place to
rejuvenate your body and mind with a variety of protein shakes, fruit
smoothies, muffins and wraps. Al fresco dining available on The Spa
Deck.

The Gourmet Shop, Early risers will enjoy a selection of gourmet
coffees and breakfast pastries. Throughout the day, guests will be
tempted with sweets including home- made gelato, lemon pound cake,

selection of tarts.

The Grill(*), evoking the ambiance of a private club. Guests may
choose from aged prime meats, chops and fresh sea- food paired with rare
vintages, Romantic atmosphere with nightly piano entertainment and a
cozy fireplace.

The Lobby Lounge, Located in the heart of the hotel. Guests can
enjoy the magnificent view of the Center Courtyard while enjoying
traditional Afternoon Tea and cocktails throughout the day. Afternoon

The Poolside Cafe, Outdoor dining in the warm Florida sunshine
overlooking two beautiful pools and lush greenery, light menu featuring
creative salads and sandwiches, Bento Boxes, fruit and frozen cocktails,
full bar with six flat-screen televisions and poolside service
available.

The Terrace, featuring 'Italian family friendly cuisine' with a
distinct Florida flare in a family friendly atmosphere. Enjoy exquisite

Natures Wonders
-This program provides hands-on, interactive learning 
 and in an assortment of nature-themed activities. These
 daily programs include: nature walks, boat rides, guest 
 speakers and field trips. Samples of rotating topics
 include:  observing wildlife, the mangroves, sea turtle
 nesting,  alligators, dolphins and beach combing. Ages
 5-12 and reservations required.

Loggerhead Arcade
-Stocked with state-of-the-art arcade games open daily from 
 10:00am-10:00pm.

The Spot
-Teenagers will enjoy our big-screen televisions, video games
 and computers. Ages 13-18 only. Open from 5:00pm-10:00pm.

P.O.L.O. Program (Complimentary)
-The P.O.L.O. (Protect Our Little Ones) Program for a guestroom
 includes blocking electrical outlets from little fingers and
 removing  alcoholic beverages from the in-room refrigerator 
 to make room for other necessities.
