he Hotel Finisterra is located at the tip of the Baja 
peninsula in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, approximately 30 miles 
from the San Jose Del Cabo Airport (SJD). Perched on a hill, 
the hotel overlooks the town of Cabo San Lucas, with the Sea 
of Cortez to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The 
resort is divided into two sections, totaling 283 ocean, 
marina and garden view rooms. The Finisterra Section 
original buildings rest on elaborate stone foundations 
surrounded by boulders. The multi story Palapa Beach Club 
towers have a contemporary design and overlook the pool 
complex and Pacific beach. Waterfalls cascade over the rock 
cliff between the two sections. An aerial walkway from the 
tower's seventh floor connects the two sections.

-Hotel requires that guests are 21 years or older to
 check into the hotel. No High School, College student
 groups or individuals are allowed at this hotel. Their
 reservations will not be accepted, nor vouchers honored
 and check-in will be denied. No Spring Break student
 groups are allowed.
