POOLSIDE ROOMS, Located in a setting of the green of 
the lawns, trees and plants and the blue of the pool, 
these rooms give off an ambience all of its own. Fitted 
with air conditioning, private bathrooms with shower/bath,
hairdryer, cable television, telephone, sitting area,
terrace or balcony and king bed, queen or twin beds.

COTTAGE, These suites are fashioned with the purpose 
of pleasing all their guests with air conditioning 
units, ceiling fans, queen or twin beds, a bathroom

and a terrace.

OCEANFRONT, These oceanfront rooms most with breathtaking
views of the ocean from the balcony or patio defies any
explanation. Equipped with king, queen or twin beds, air

Please Note:
-Optional extras that are not included in the above

-This package is free on the All Inclusive Plan (AI)
 with a minimum stay of 7 nights or more in the 
 Oceanfront room category only.
-Couples need to be residents on the island at least 3 
 business days before the ceremony takes place. This has 
 to be done before the application to marry can be made
 to the relevant authorities.
-Pricing for the Minister of Religion to perform the 
 ceremony is additional (US $100.00 and subject to change) 
 and is not included in the wedding package. 
-It is advised that couples check with the BVI Tourist 
 Office in advance on specific issues such as nationality.
-All locations at Sugar Bay Club are offered subject to 
 availability and may not be available certain times or 
 days of the week.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Dress Code for Restaurants:
In the restaurants shoes must be worn and bathing suits 
covered. After 6:30pm, men wear long pants or stylish 
jeans (no shorts, capris or 3/4 pants) and collared 
shirts with short or long sleeves (no t-shirts or tank 
tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, long pants, or stylish 
jeans, culottes or in the Summer tailored Bermuda-length 
shorts (no 'short shorts' or cutoffs).

Children's Club:
The Children's Club is available for children ages 4-
12 years old, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm with a 
one hour lunch break at 12:00 noon, children can enjoy 
half or full day activities on a complimentary basis. 
Children's menus are offered and meals can be served 
between 6:00pm-7:00pm. Babysitting is also available 
at local charges.
