Jalousie Plantation located on the quiet southwest coast 
of St. Lucia just 5 miles from the historic town of Soufriere.  
Nestled on a hillside in the shadow of the majestic Petit 
and Gros Piton Mountains, the resort offers stunning sunset 
views of Jalousie Bay. Jalousie was once the site of an 18th 
century Sugar Mill Estate, the remains of the original mill 
have now been integrated into the resort. The lush setting, 
one of the most dramatic in the Caribbean dips down to a 
1/4 mile stretch of secluded white sand beach.

Jalousie Plantation is a secluded luxury Resort spread 
over 325 lush acres of tropical forest. Unsurpassed for 
its natural beauty, the resort is resplendent with native 
fruit trees, including mango, banana, papaya, coconut, 
avocado, star fruit sour sop and hog plum.

Bayside Bar And Grill, located at the pool and beach, serving hot
and cold buffet lunch plus an a la carte menu featuring sandwiches,
burgers, and sumptuous steaks lunch served 12pm-5pm, daily from
10:30am-6:30pm bar service. Friday night a barbecue dinner is served to
the Caribbean sounds of a steel band, and live local entertainment.
