in well-manicured, terraced gardens in a quiet centrally located
area in Paget Parish, and a 10-minute ferry ride from the
City of Hamilton. The Main House features a cozy bar and elegant
lounge with local entertainment as well as fine dining overlooking
the Harbour. Guests can also enjoy and outdoor heated swimming
pool, 2 tennis courts, on site watersports, a putting green,

Newstead Hotel is a traditional Bermuda Manor House, one
of the Island's top small hotels. It is situated in well-
manicured, terraced gardens in a quiet centrally located
area in Paget Parish, and a 10-minute ferry ride from the
City of Hamilton. The Main House features a cozy bar and
elegant lounge with local entertainment as well as fine
dining overlooking the Harbour. Rockfish Grill is open
for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and the dress is
"smart casual". On the terrace above the outdoor, heated
swimming pool is "Noah's" Bar and Restaurant with al fresco
dining from 11am-10pm (May to October). 43 rooms and suites
are located in the old manor house as well as cottages on
property, all with harbor and/or garden views, terraces or
balconies. In addition there is a small meeting room which
accommodates 30-50 people, and 2 small meeting rooms which
accommodate 10 people boardroom style. Guests can also enjoy
2 tennis courts, on site water sports, a putting green, mini
gym, Beauty Salon and a full service European Spa facility.

WATERSPORTS FACILITY is now open! Sailing, kayaking,
jet-skis, scuba lessons and diving, fishing, and much
more now available on-site at Newstead Hotel.
The water sports facility has become so popular that
Blue Water Divers, who run the facility are making
Newstead their main location.
BEACH FACILITY is now available at Elbow Beach public.
Beach chairs and umbrellas complimentary to in-house
guests. (Transportation arranged to the beach but not
complimentary). Note: This facility is operated by
Blue Water Divers who operate our Water sports facility.

DINING
ROCKFISH GRILL, our new restaurant has opened to rave reviews.
We feature steak & seafood with an Oriental influence.
The restaurant has fantastic views overlooking Hamilton Harbour.
Dress is smart casual.
Rockfish Grill will be open as follows:
Continental Breakfast: 7AM- 8AM
Full English Breakfast: 8AM-10AM
Lunch: 12PM- 3PM
(only if the weather is poor forcing Noah's to close.)
At the end of high season when Noah's closes for low season
lunch will again be the Rockfish Grill. Rockfish Grill will
be open for private lunch functions as required.
Dinner: 6:30 - 10PM
NOAH'S Terrace Restaurant & Bar, American/Bermudian cuisine
and dress will be casual. This outdoor restaurant will be
open for lunch and dinner from 11AM-10PM. Open May-October.
SUNDAY JAZZ BRUNCH is still the most popular brunch on the
Island. It runs from Noon-3PM and features live entertainment
by the "Max Maybury Jazz Quartet".
Room service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner
for a surcharge.
2 Bars- Friday nights Newstead is the place to be- "Happy
Hour" goes from 5-10PM and now feature the 6 piece band
"Jahfpice" from 7-10PM playing Island music.

FREE FERRY SERVICE- Newstead is located on the public
ferry line. It is great service but we are going to
add a few complimentary trips for our guests.
