Prospect Reef Resort is a complete resort village located on a 44-acre
oceanfront estate. The resort boasts 137 rooms and suites, a sea
pool, a freshwater pool, a marina, a full European-style Spa and
a conference center. In addition, the resort owns two beaches, one
on Peter Island and the other on Jost Van Dyke Island. The culinary
delights of the resort can be sampled at the two on-property restaurants,
Scuttlebutt Pub and Callaloo at the Reef for Contemporary Caribbean
cuisine.

| The Thalasso-Spa is a full-service European-style Thalasso |
| therapy spa. We have combined our knowledge of famous |
| Thalgo Spas of France and have created a relaxing Caribbean |
| Ocean front environment for your enjoyment. Thalassotherapy |
| is a therapy, which uses the properties of seawater as well |
| as applications of sea mud and select seaweed by our breath- |
| taking views of the Sir Frances Drake Channel. |

| DOLPHIN SWIM PROGRAM |
| Guests will participate in an orientation program |
| and be educated on the many aspects of marine mammals. |
| Introduction will begin from our lagoon to provide |
| the opportunity to touch and photograph the dolphins, |
| followed by a full-immersion swim. |

| DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER PROGRAM |
| Guests will participate in an exciting and informative |
| orientation and multi-media presentation. |
| |
| Our program was designed to inspire an awareness and promote |
| conservation, thus providing a unique educational experience |
| that is sure to create a lifetime of memories. An encounter |
| will take place from our lagoon, providing the opportunity |
| to hug, kiss and touch the dolphins as well as participate |
| in their feeding. Photographs will be available. |
