these intimate and well-appointed rooms feature 
ample terraces or charming balconies with breathtaking 
views of the Caribbean Sea. Every Ocean View room 
has a private bathroom, and large closet space.

chair.  These rooms are perfect for a couple, or two 
adults sharing.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTLETS

Beach Bar, Beverages and light meals service is available on the
beach. Lobster BBQ on Wednesday and Saturday. Open for beverage service
from 10:30am-5:30pm and light meals from 12:00pm-3:00pm.

Beach Restaurant, Located on the beach, this al-fresco lunch bar
allows guests to keep their feet in the sand while enjoying snacks,
salads and cocktails as well as providing beach beverage/lunch service
to the beach chaises. -The Beach Restaurant also now offers a special
Lobster Beach Barbeque on Monday nights from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Live
entertainment is included. -Also at the The Beach Restaurant is the new
Churrascaria open from 7:00pm-9:00pm on Friday evenings.

La Samanna Bar, Located in the main building adjacent to the
pool.

General Opening Hours: 10:00am-12:00pm

La Samanna Restaurant, The Restaurant's opulent dining room
offers dramatic, open-air dining with panoramic beach and ocean views
that add to the enjoyment of the delicious meals, whether a heady dish
of authentic osso bucco or a grilled ahi tuna with plant salad and
Creole sandy ground sauce. World- class cuisine combines fresh, lively
island flavors with classical French techniques. The wine cellar boasts
one of the most extensive collections in the Caribbean. Open for buffet
and a la carte breakfast from 7:00am-11:00am and continental breakfast
from 7:00am - 11:00am. Please note: -Children under 5 years of
age will not be allowed in the main restaurant for dinner at La Samanna
Restaurant. -Dress code is smart casual, and shorts, tennis shoes and
sleevless shirts are not allowed at dinner time in the main dining room.

Lunch Hours: 12:30pm-2:30pm

The Poolside Grill, On the upper terrace overlooking the pool,
serves light meals and beverages, which include the finest island salads
and light lunches featuring fresh seafood and shellfish, as well as an
abundance of grilled specialties. -The Poolside Grill also now offers a
Steakhouse, open from 6:00pm-9:00pm on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Annual Hotel Closure
The hotel is closed from 09/01/08-10/31/08.
Dress Code
The hotel respectfully requests the cooperation 
of guests in maintaining the ambiance of gracious 
informality for which the Caribbean is known.

In public areas, during the day, shorts or a dry 
bathing suit with a beach wrap or cover-up are 
perfectly acceptable. Footwear must be worn and 
gentlemen are required to wear a shirt at all times.

After sunset, swimwear is not permitted in the Main
Building. Gentlemen are required to wear slacks and
collared shirts in the restaurant. Ladies will feel
comfortable in resort wear: dresses, skirts or evening
slacks.
