Guests will enjoy cooked-to-order eggs, and omelets, bacon, pancakes, sausage and French Toast, in addition to an extensive cold buffet offering fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, freshly baked breads and Danishes, pate, cheeses, sliced meats, sliced vegetables, coffee, tea and espressos. • Express Lunch Service: because most of the guests choose to enjoy their lunch on the beach or at the bar or to take it away on their island adventure... we are changing the lunch service from plated service to a freshly prepared selection of sandwiches and salads to be picked up at our Sand Bar and enjoyed on the Pirates Nest Terrace, at the bar or at guests' beach lounges, around the pool, or as a picnic to take on an adventure. This change is in response to our guests feedback and their desire for a quick, light, fresh selection of items opposed to a heavier, plated service. • Beginning Summer Season 2009: The Pirates Nest Restaurant will pause from plated dinner service for this coming summer (2009) while we explore and implement a new theme for dinner service and menu. We will give ample notice prior to re-opening for plated dinner service. Cashless System • Clients can leave their cash safely at home. The resort will accept all major credit cards, debit cards and signing privileges to guest rooms for all payments for rooms, food and beverage, incidentals, and all services within the resort. Beginning 12/23/08 the resort will stop accepting cash payments. If your clients do not have a credit card or wish to make personal arrangements with the management at the resort, please contact us. If your customer demands to pay cash, management will be happy to accept it and post it to the room bill for your client to sign against. However, cash will not be accepted at any of the outlets such as bar and restaurant among others. Clean Air Policy • Bucuti's new clean air policy guarantees guests a fresh guestroom free of smoke odor. Smoking is no longer permitted in any guest room. While the Tara Wing is completely smoke free inside rooms, balconies, terraces and all public areas, the Bucuti Wing offers a limited amount of rooms where guests can smoke on the balcony only. Please request a room with a smoking balcony at the time of the reservation, availability is on request. General • The hotel has strengthened their children's policy to maintain the tranquility of the resort. A maximum of one child is allowed per room with one or two paying adults, and are limited to specific room categories. (Please see the maximum occupancy section for further details).
