Reef Bay burgers, coconut shrimp, and a salad and desert buffet highlight the open-air enclave. Drake's Channel Lounge, with its tiled "island" bar, mosaic map of the island and shaded sitting area, offers a relaxed setting for sipping the resort's signature drinks, the Peter Island Landscape and Mango Smoothie. Next to the open-air dining area, a new wine room hosts private events and specialty dinners, and the Trade winds pergola serves daily al fresco lunch. At sunset, musicians serenade guests with calypso or reggae. The resort features a new, seven-day rotating menu each season.
