Holy Week/Easter Restrictions • Motorized watersports will not be permitted. Wedding Requirements Bride, Groom and witnesses must arrive at the 3 working days prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count), the wedding coordinator must receive the following documents in order to start the corresponding application for a marriage in the Civil Registry Office: • Valid passports • Bride and Groom's original birth certificate • Single Status Affidavit, duly notarized • Divorce Decree (if applicable) • Death Certificate (if applicable) • Passport photocopies of the witnesses • These documents must be translated into Spanish and legalized by the Dominican Consulate before arriving to the Dominican Republic. • Documents should be translated and legalized no more than 30 days prior the wedding date and it is the couple's responsibility to have all the required documentation before the wedding date • Being the Judge is an outside service provided by the Dominican Government, the hotel can not be held responsible for any delay or alteration. The Judge will properly complete the legal procedure of filing and registering the Wedding Certificate and wedding documents at the Central Civil Board of the Dominican Republic, as well as at the Foreign Affairs Department. • None of the above mentioned services are included in our Wedding Packages.
