The Barcelo Bavaro Beach & Convention Center is located 12 miles away from Punta Cana's International Airport, an hour away from La Romana's International Airport and 2.5 hours away from Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo. Main roads can easily access the historic Santo Domingo City in about 3.5 hours. Bavaro Beach has a tropical climate with an average temperature of 80* F to 86*F all year around, and is always touched by a gentle and fresh sea breeze, which calms the warm temperatures.
There are several natural parks for outdoor lovers such as Los Haitises, and several semi-desert islands like Saona Island and Catalina Island. If you are more interested in a mix of native and/or culture, you will love Altos de Chavon in La Romana and the City of Santo Domingo.

Convention Center Barcelo Bavaro Convention Center Offers the latest technological advances in data processing and audiovisual equipment, besides an extensive range of services such as screens, projecting, intelligent lighting, amplification, system of conference, system of translation combines DIS video conference, translation, photography, video, florist's shop, decoration, scenography, orchestra, shows, professional hosts. There is 1.350 square meters conference room right in the main building with access to the bar and to the lobby coffee bar. It is a multifunctional room for all kinds of events such as: cocktails, seminars and banquets with its own kitchen. It can be divided in three rooms of 450 square meters. Besides the main meeting room the hotel will have 4 new conference rooms of 100 square meters each one. The rooms rent services, food and beverages and visual audio, as well as any another service that be carried out in the Barcelo Bavaro Convention Center. This is not part of the All Inclusive package.
