• Notarized declaration of single status or copy of original translated into Spanish and legalized by the Dominican Embassy or Consulate  

• Name change document, if necessary  

• Copy of couple's passports or driver's license or copy of original only  

• Copy of witnesses' passports or driver's license  

Guests who have been married before:  

• Birth certificate (only translation required), copy of original and translated into Spanish  

• Notarized declaration of single status or copy of original, translated into Spanish and legalized by the Dominican Embassy or Consulate

• The couple needs to be in the Dominican Republic 48 hours prior to the wedding date.

• In case of a prior marriage the divorce process has to be completed 6 months before the remarriage.  

• Relatives cannot be witnesses.  

• The wedding or renewal fee and service charge has to be paid to the wedding coordinator.  

• The marriage certificate will be sent through a courier service to the couple's mailing address.  

• Services such as extra flowers, DJ services and pictures that are not included in any of the packages have an additional cost.  

• In the event of bad weather, the wedding will not be canceled, it will be moved to a backup location.

Children's Program  

• Mini Club (4-12 years old), open daily from 9:00am- 6:00pm. children's pool available. Mini disco is held daily from 8:00pm-9:00pm at the Theatre.  

Spring Break Information  

• Every room has to have at least 1 person 18 years or older to be responsible for that room and the other guests in the room under 18 years old.  

• They do not need to leave a deposit or give a credit card however all people within the room are responsible for any damage caused to the room.
