If client wants to keep using the facilities and/or use their room after check out time, it is subject to availability and there is a fee. Clients need to inform the hotel that they are interested in late check out when they arrive at the hotel.
Should a client refuse to pay extra, the front desk will cut their All Inclusive bracelet and inform the guest(s) that they can wait for their transfer in the lobby.
